Section 7 of the Indian Contract Act states that the acceptance of an offer must be absolute, unqualified and expressed in some usual and reasonable manner.
Persons below the age of majority (a minor) are not competent to enter into a contract. The contracts entered into by them are void ab initio (void from the very beginning).
