About the Course
Mooting is a highly useful and competitive activity. It helps you develop the core skills of research and writing, argumentation and presentation. In fact, many excellent mooters land up with top internships and job offers solely on the basis of their mooting capabilities.
This course covers will help you learn the fundamentals and the advanced aspects of mooting: reading a moot problem, research, drafting memorials, court mannerisms, and argumentation!
You will also get to participate in an actual moot competition! You will be given a moot problem, asked to draft a memo, given feedback on that, and then you will be taken through the oral rounds where you will get to argue before a judge!

Meet the Faculty
This course has been developed and delivered by Akash Yadav, Anubhuti Mishra, Sameer Gupta, Tejas Popat, Vikhyat Oberoi, Atishya Kumar, and Sankalp Malik
Graduated from the School of Law, Christ University in 2017. Vikhyat is working as an independent advocate in the Delhi HC & district courts
Member of Semi-Finalist team (3rd Rank) at SAARC Rounds. Won the Best Student Advocate Award, at Prof. N.R. Madhava Menon SAARC International Rounds, 2020.
Law graduate from NUJS, Kolkata (2020) Winner of multiple national and international moots Coach and Mentor, NUJS Mooting Teams.
Sankalp graduated from Amity Law School, Noida in 2019. He has won various mooting competitions.
Graduated from HNLU, Raipur in 2013, and completed her LLM from King’s College, London. She has aced several moots and has coached multiple teams to world-winning levels
Akash Yadav is a Law graduate from NLIU, Bhopal (2018). Winner of multiple national and international moots Coach, UILS, Punjab & RGNUL, Patiala

Learners may choose not to pursue the course due to multiple reasons including mismatch of expectations, time constraints, health issues, etc. Irrespective of the reason, we have a standard Refund Policy uniformly applicable to all our students. The deductions are to cover platform, logistics, operational costs and applicable taxes.
Learners will be eligible for an 80% refund within the first 7 days of registration, a 60% refund within the first 14 days of registration of any course.
Please write an email to [email protected] mentioning your registered email address and the name and batch of the course for which you are seeking a refund. Please also mention your reason for requesting a refund.
A refund confirmation email mentioning the amount of refund will be sent within 3 days.
The refund shall be processed to your original mode of payment within 10 days of the receipt of your request.
The reading modules and the recorded lectures can be read and watched at any time during the duration of the course. Many industry experts, faculty members utilize these as refresher modules.
The live lectures, of course, have a set date and time which are announced within 1-2 days of the beginning of the course. If you miss a live lecture, don’t worry; you’ll be able to watch the recorded version of the same.
The assignments have a deadline. We give ample time to all our learners to complete the course.
Yes! All our courses have some course material (reading material, recorded lectures, recorded version of the previous live lectures) available for free access. You can download the free resource from the website itself.
We also regularly organise free webinars on various topics. Many of these webinars also contain an orientation to some of our courses.
