By applying for or participating in the Lawctopus Refer & Earn Programme (“Programme”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
Any individual approved by Lawctopus may participate as a Referrer. Both new and existing Lawctopus customers may be referred.
2. Referral Reward & Cashback
For every eligible purchase successfully attributed to a Referrer’s unique referral link, the Referrer will earn 10% of the purchase value, and the referred customer will receive 10% cashback.
Any course listed on the Lawctopus Law School website is eligible for referral, unless otherwise specified by Lawctopus.
3. Referral Attribution
The purchase must be completed through the Referrer’s valid referral link and successfully tracked by the referral system. Lawctopus’s tracking records will be considered final for determining referral attribution, subject to correction of demonstrable errors.
4. Payouts
Approved referral rewards will accumulate in the Referrer’s account. The minimum payout threshold is ₹1,000. Once the threshold is reached, eligible payouts will be processed by the 15th of each month, subject to verification and submission of required payout details.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Purchases that are cancelled, refunded, reversed or subject to a chargeback will not qualify for rewards or cashback. Lawctopus may reverse rewards already credited in relation to such transactions.
6. Responsible Referrals
Referrers are expected to recommend courses honestly and responsibly, keeping the referred person’s interests and requirements in mind. Referrers must not make misleading claims, guarantee jobs, internships, placements, salaries or other outcomes, or pressure anyone to purchase.
7. Prohibited Activities
Self-referrals, fake accounts, fraudulent transactions, artificial purchases, spam, misleading advertising, unauthorised use of the Lawctopus brand, manipulation of referral tracking, or any attempt to improperly generate rewards are prohibited.
8. Fraud & Programme Abuse
Lawctopus may investigate suspicious activity and, where reasonably necessary, reject or cancel referrals, withhold or reverse rewards, suspend a Referrer’s account, or terminate participation in the Programme.
9. Programme Changes
Lawctopus reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Programme, its rewards, eligibility criteria or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
10. Acceptance
By participating in the Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
