Learners may choose not to pursue the course due to multiple reasons including mismatch of expectations, time constraints, health issues, etc. Irrespective of the reason, we have a standard Refund Policy uniformly applicable to all our students. The deductions are to cover platform, logistics, operational costs and applicable taxes.

Learners will be eligible for an 80% refund within the first 7 days of registration, a 60% refund within the first 14 days of registration of any course.

A refund confirmation email mentioning the amount of refund will be sent within 3 days.

The refund shall be processed to your original mode of payment within 10 days of the receipt of your request.

 

The reading modules and the recorded lectures can be read and watched at any time during the duration of the course. Many industry experts, faculty members utilize these as refresher modules.

The live lectures, of course, have a set date and time which are announced within 1-2 days of the beginning of the course. If you miss a live lecture, don’t worry; you’ll be able to watch the recorded version of the same. 

The assignments have a deadline. We give ample time to all our learners to complete the course.

Yes! All our courses have some course material (reading material, recorded lectures, recorded version of the previous live lectures) available for free access. You can download the free resource from the website itself.

We also regularly organise free webinars on various topics. Many of these webinars also contain an orientation to some of our courses. 

Learners are encouraged to attend these webinars and the orientation sessions to get a sense of what Lawctopus Law School (LLS) has to offer.

Costs for travel, boarding, and lodging are to be borne by the University. The fee ranges from Rs. 100,000 for a 2-day sprint to Rs. 2 crores in case year-long support for the entire University is mandated.
