The contract drafting & negotiation course is really a great learning experience for learners who have not started drafting or know the least about it. The why, how, when, where and what of drafting has been excellently conveyed. There are recorded lessons, reading resource and then live sessions. The combined effect of which is that you cannot not learn. This course has given me the confidence that as a law student I can draft good contracts. The course is full of practical and real life examples, which makes it more interesting. The assignments are really fun to do, and the personal feedback system for each assignment is the best. Overall, I really enjoyed the course and would definitely recommend it to my peers.

The videos of the Akansha Mishra ma’am is the highlight of this course. Those videos are nearly perfect. The reading material for international contract is damn good. The overall experience of the Moot course was very informative. It was able to shed light into the insights of mooting. Though we did a moot before joining this competition, and we knew how to draft memorials and how to argue, there was no one to give us feedback on them and to tell how should we improve ourselves. Jai sir was very patient with our questions, answering each of them in the best possible way. His feedback to our memorial and orals were very useful. And also we got an idea of how to conduct research on Manupatra and SCC as they are the backbone of a moot. Enrolling for this course was the best choice we could ever make.
