Ms. Bela Khattar is a seasoned legal practitioner with an experience of over 25 years handling diverse legal matters and primarily focusing on Criminal Litigation in Delhi and adjoining areas.
She has a notable track record of handling a wide range of legal cases, including those related to POCSO, DV Act, MTP Act, NIA, and IPC, among others.
Samiksha Singh
Samiksha is a practising Criminal Litigator and a trained advisor on the laws relating to the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). She, currently, leads the Principal of Samarth Law Offices and Legal Compliances.
Ms. Singh also serves as the Head of Learning & Content and Manager - PoSH Service Delivery at Ungender, a leading compliance consultancy.
Gourav Mohanty
Gourav is an advocate primarily practising in Bombay before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. He previously worked as a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM). While in college, he received the Ram Jethmalani Scholarship and the Chancellor’s Award.

I have zero Criminal Litigation experience. Will I be lost in this course?
Not at all. We start from absolute basics. Week 1 is literally ‘What is criminal law & litigation?’ and ‘How does a case flow through court?’
By Week 2, you’re drafting your first document. The course is designed for both law students and practicing lawyers with zero litigation background.
I only have 4-5 hours per week. Is that enough to complete the course?
Yes. Live sessions require 1.5-2 hours every week. Self-paced modules are optional but recommended and assignments will consume 1-2 hours.
You can do this in 4 hours/week. If you can’t make a live session, watch the recording. The course is designed for working professionals and busy students.
Will I actually get an Internship/Job after completing this course?
If you work hard and become one of the meritorious learners, you will be rewarded with an Internship. For practicing lawyers, 1 out of 2 learners expand their criminal practice or start handling cases independently.
