Garima graduated from NUSRL, Ranchi, and did her LLM from NALSAR University, Hyderabad. She is a Ph.D. scholar at NALSAR University of Law.
Garima is a Lawyer by profession and leads the legal and compliance segment for Treelife Consulting.
Rachel graduated from NLSIU, Bangalore. She has been a Fellow at Teach for India, an Associate at Khaitan & Co., and a Research Associate at Azim Premji Foundation.
Akanksha graduated from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She is an independent litigator and a corporate counsel for various startups and PSUs. She works as the Head of LLS.
Shayonee Dasgupta graduated from WBNUJS, Kolkata. She has worked as an Associate at Trilegal, and as Senior Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.
Mr. Verma is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 25 years of experience. He has been a partner at Khaitan & Co., and is currently the Managing Partner at Corp Comm Legal.
Mr. Chatterjee is an independent litigator, working at the Calcutta High Court. He has taught commercial laws at the Institute of Cost Accounts of India, and at NUJS.
Debanshu graduated from NUJS Kolkata, and did his LLM from University College London in 2014. He is a corporate lawyer par excellence, and the founder of the Standard Indian Legal Citation.
Abhishek Nath Tripathi graduated from NLSIU Banglaore in 2004. In 2010, he started his own law firm Sarthak Advocates and Solicitors. He worked as a senior associate at Luthra and Luthra from 2004-2009.

Very useful, though I have worked in corporate, I haven’t gotten a first-hand opportunity to understand and analyze a contract and especially understand ‘why a clause is there and what’s its function ‘the book by Mr. Bhumesh is very crisp to understand.

We have 5-6, 90-minute long live sessions the schedule of which is announced at the start of the batch.
Most of our live sessions happen during the weekend or late evenings so that all learners (students or working professionals) can easily attend the same.
In case you miss attending a session live, you can always watch the recorded version of the same.
We suggest that you spend approximately 3-5 hours/week doing the course.
When you spend these 3-5 hours is up to you. You may spend around 40 minutes each day or do it over the weekend.

One of our modules explains the essential elements of a contract precisely. That should help you and is good enough to do the course.
The focus of the course is on the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts and not on what is usually taught as Contracts I and Contracts II in law schools.
Yes, you can access the course for a total of 4 months [2 months to complete the course + 2 months to review the course].
Please note that the course is complete by the end of the 2nd month. You can even watch the recorded versions of the live sessions which are recorded for that batch only.
However, if you want to revisit and revise the material in the course, you can do that for 2 months after the completion of the course.
So the access is given for 4 months.
We encourage you to attend the live classes after thorough preparations. Just like the real charm of a live match/performance is watching it live, the real value of a live class is in attending it live! A lot of new, practical things are covered; and of course, your questions are addressed too.
However, if you miss the live class, you can watch the recorded version of the live class which is uploaded for the specific batch only.
