By registering for and participating in any webinar/workshop conducted by us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & WhatsApp Group
- At the time of registration for the webinar, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your name, email id, phone number, etc.
- Your mobile number must be active on WhatsApp and only the mobile number provided at the time of registration will be added to the WhatsApp group. Requests to add alternative numbers will be at the discretion of Lawctopus Law School.
- All important communication, including webinar details and the WhatsApp group invite link, will be shared via email, and we kindly request you to join the group using the same link to receive regular updates
2. Webinar Access
- You must join the webinar using the same name as provided at the time of registration. Impersonation or using anonymous names is strictly prohibited.
- Only the registered individual is permitted to attend the webinar. No other person is allowed to join using your registration credentials.
- You must ensure that you have a compatible device, stable internet connectivity, and updated software required to attend the webinar.
- Participation in the webinar does not guarantee placement, income, results, or specific outcomes. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort and application
- Webinars are often recorded for educational and quality purposes. By registering, you give your consent to being recorded, and agree to our sharing of such recordings with other learners or internal teams for educational use.
- Sharing of webinar links, meeting IDs, or access credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized access, distribution, or misuse of webinar links may result in immediate removal from the session and permanent banning from future events.
3. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Behaviour
- You must behave in a respectful, professional, and lawful manner during webinars. Any form of harassment, abuse, threats, vulgarity, hate speech, misleading display names, spamming, sharing or playing obscene content or any other disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the absolute right to mute, remove, block, or permanently ban any participant engaging in such behaviour, without any refund, and strict legal action may also be initiated wherever applicable.
4. Bonus Registration Opportunity & Payments
- If you enroll in any of our courses through the Bonus Registration Opportunity available during the webinar, you are required to pay a booking amount of a certain sum (Rs. 3900, Rs. 2900, etc.), which is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- The Refund Policy will apply only to the remaining balance payment, and not to the booking amount.
- Under the Bonus Registration Opportunity, you may pay the remaining course fee in installments, as explained during the webinar. Please note that the installment schedule will remain unchanged irrespective of the batch you select.
5. Bonus Handouts & Learning Materials
- Any bonus handouts, recordings, or materials provided during or after the webinar are strictly for your personal learning purposes only.
- You are not permitted to reshare, copy, sell, distribute or upload on public or private platforms.
6. Intellectual Property
All webinar content, including but not limited to slides, audio, video, study materials, handouts, etc. are our exclusive intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Modification/Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify the webinar schedule, change the speaker, adjust session format, and reschedule or cancel a session due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, you will be duly informed. In case of cancellation of a webinar from our end, you’ll be eligible for a full refund.
